What We're Looking For in Our Food Service Crew:

What you bring to the table:

• No prior experience is necessary we provide full training! However, any background in customer service, handling cash, basic cooking, food preparation, understanding food safety, working in a drive-thru, familiarity with safety regulations, or experience in the fast-food industry is a plus.
• You must be at least 16 years of age to join our Food Service Crew.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential to meet the needs of our customers.
• The role requires the ability to lift and move heavier items, stand and walk for extended periods, navigate comfortably in potentially tight spaces, and safely operate standard restaurant equipment as part of your Food Service Crew duties.

Food Service Crew employees will receive compensation that aligns with their skills and experience. The specific pay rate will depend on factors such as your qualifications, prior work history, the restaurant's location, and other legally permissible considerations, all of which will be discussed openly during the hiring process.

The typical starting pay ranges for new Food Service Crew hires in different areas are as follows:

• General Areas: $8.00 to $18.00 per hour
• Maryland: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
• New York State: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
• New York City: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour
• Cincinnati, OH: $10.45 to $15.00 per hour
• Toledo, OH: $11.00 to $14.00 per hour
