What you'll bring to the table:

• While prior experience isn't essential, any background in customer service, handling cash, food preparation, basic math, drive-thru operations, understanding safety guidelines, and the fast-food environment is a definite plus.
• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age to join our team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of our business.
• The physical ability to lift and move heavier items, stand and walk for extended periods, and navigate comfortably within the restaurant space while safely operating equipment.

A little extra seasoning:

Our Culinary Team Members receive compensation that reflects their skills and experience. The specific pay rate will depend on factors such as your qualifications, experience level, work location, and other legally permissible considerations, all of which will be discussed transparently during the hiring process.

The anticipated starting pay ranges for new Culinary Team Members in different states and cities are as follows:

• General Range: $8.00 to $18.00 per hour for all other areas not specified below.
• Maryland: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
• New York State: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
• New York City: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour
• Cincinnati, OH: $10.45 to $15.00 per hour
• Toledo, OH: $11.00 to $14.00 per hour
