What We're Looking For:

Your key ingredients:

• While previous experience isn't mandatory, it's a plus if you've worked in customer service, as a cashier, in cooking, food handling, understand basic math, drive-thru operations, safety regulations, or in fast-food environments.
• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• You should have the flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• The role requires the ability to lift and move heavy items, stand and walk for extended periods, and navigate efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment while safely operating equipment. As a Restaurant Order Taker, you'll be on your feet, ensuring smooth service.

Compensation Details:

Team Member employees, including Restaurant Order Takers, will receive compensation that aligns with their skills and experience. The specific pay rate will depend on factors such as your qualifications, experience, the restaurant's location, and other legally permissible considerations, all of which will be discussed during the hiring process.

The typical starting pay ranges for new hires in this role across different regions are:

• General Areas: $8.00 to $18.00 per hour
• Maryland: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
• New York State: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
• New York City: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour
• Cincinnati, OH: $10.45 to $15.00 per hour
• Toledo, OH: $11.00 to $14.00 per hour
