Responsibilities of a KFC Shift Supervisor:

• Assist the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager in the smooth running of daily operations during your shifts.
• Lead and motivate team members to provide efficient and friendly service to every customer.
• Ensure all food preparation meets KFC's high standards for quality, taste, and safety.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for both team members and customers.
• Handle customer interactions with professionalism and resolve any issues effectively.
• Assist with tasks such as opening and closing the restaurant, and managing shift duties.
• Ensure adherence to all KFC policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Operate and maintain restaurant equipment properly.
• Support the training of new team members.

Requirements:

What you bring to the table:

• While experience in customer service, cashier roles, cooking, food handling, basic math, drive-thru operations, safety procedures, and fast-food environments is beneficial, we encourage anyone with a great attitude and willingness to learn to apply!
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old to take on supervisory responsibilities.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, which may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of the restaurant.
• Physical ability to lift and carry moderate items, stand and walk for extended periods, and move safely in a fast-paced environment while operating necessary restaurant equipment.
