What You'll Bring to the Counter:

• While prior experience isn't mandatory, any background in customer interaction, handling cash, basic food preparation, maintaining food safety, basic math skills, drive-thru operations, understanding safety guidelines, and working in fast-paced food environments is a plus.
• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of our guests.
• The ability to occasionally lift and carry moderate weight, stand and move around comfortably for extended periods, navigate efficiently in a sometimes busy environment, and safely handle restaurant equipment.

Extra Pour:

Team Member employees, including Beverage Servers, will receive compensation that aligns with their skills and experience. The specific pay rate will depend on factors such as your qualifications, experience level, the restaurant's location, and other legally permissible considerations, all of which will be discussed transparently during the hiring process.

The typical starting pay ranges for new hires in this role across different regions are as follows:

• General Range: $8.00 to $18.00 per hour for all other areas not specified below.
• Maryland: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
• New York State: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
• New York City: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour
• Cincinnati, OH: $10.45 to $15.00 per hour
• Toledo, OH: $11.00 to $14.00 per hour
