What You'll Bring:

Your skills and experiences:

• While prior experience isn't mandatory, it's a plus if you have worked in customer service, as a cashier, in cooking, food handling, possess basic math skills, understand drive-thru operations, are familiar with safety standards, or have experience in fast-food restaurants.
• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age to join our Restaurant Team.
• You should have the flexibility to work various schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of the restaurant.
• The role requires the ability to lift, carry, stack, push, or pull heavier items, stand and walk consistently throughout your shifts, move safely in potentially tight spaces, and operate standard restaurant equipment.

Compensation for Restaurant Team Member employees will be based on your skills and experience. The specific pay rate will vary depending on your qualifications, experience, the restaurant's location, and other legally permissible factors, and this will be discussed with you during the hiring process.

The typical starting compensation ranges for new Restaurant Team Member hires in different states and cities are as follows:

• General Range: $8.00 to $18.00 per hour for most locations not specified below.
• Maryland: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
• New York State: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
• New York City: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour
• Cincinnati, OH: $10.45 to $15.00 per hour
• Toledo, OH: $11.00 to $14.00 per hour
