What you'll bring to the kitchen:

Your ingredients for success:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is a plus, but not essential! We value any background in cooking, food handling, adhering to safety standards, and working in a fast-paced setting.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the demands of the kitchen.
• Capable of lifting, carrying, stacking, pushing, or pulling items that may be heavy. Comfortable standing and moving around constantly throughout your shifts. Ability to navigate the kitchen safely and operate standard cooking equipment as a Line Cook.

Line Cook Employees will receive compensation that aligns with their skills and experience. The specific pay rate will depend on factors such as skills, experience, location, and other legally permissible considerations, all of which will be discussed during the hiring process.

The typical starting pay ranges for new Line Cook hires in this role across various states and jurisdictions are as follows:

• Salary range: $8.00 to $18.00 per hour for all other geographic areas not listed below
• State of Maryland: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
• State of New York: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
• New York City: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour
• Cincinnati, OH: $10.45 to $15.00 per hour
• Toledo, OH: $11.00 to $14.00 per hour
