Requirements:

What you bring to the table:

• While prior experience isn't mandatory, it's a plus if you have a background in customer service, cashier duties, food preparation, handling food, basic math, drive-thru operations, safety protocols, and the fast-food industry.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old to take on the responsibilities of an Assistant Unit Manager.
• Flexibility to work various schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential for this leadership role.
• Ability to handle physical demands such as lifting, carrying, stacking, pushing, or pulling heavy items, as well as standing and walking for extended periods and maneuvering safely in a fast-paced environment while operating restaurant equipment.

Assistant Unit Managers receive compensation that reflects their skills and experience. The specific compensation will vary based on factors such as skills, experience, location, and applicable laws, and will be discussed during the hiring process.

The expected starting compensation ranges for new hires in this position in various states and jurisdictions are as follows:

• Salary range: $10.00 to $22.00 per hour for all other geographic areas not listed below
• State of Maryland: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
• State of New York: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
• New York City: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
• Cincinnati, OH: $12.00 to $17.00 per hour
• Toledo, OH: $13.00 to $16.00 per hour
