Requirements:

What you bring to the table:

• No prior experience necessary – we provide training! However, any experience in customer service, cashier roles, food handling, basic math, drive-thru operations, safety standards, or fast-food environments is a plus.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to occasionally lift and carry items, stand and walk for extended periods, navigate in sometimes tight spaces, and safely use restaurant equipment.

Team Member employees, including Retail Food Cashiers, receive compensation based on their skills and experience. Specific pay rates will be discussed during the hiring process and may vary depending on experience, location, and other legally permissible factors.

The typical starting pay ranges for new Retail Food Cashiers in different areas are:

• General Areas: $8.00 to $18.00 per hour
• Maryland: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
• New York State: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
• New York City: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour
• Cincinnati, OH: $10.45 to $15.00 per hour
• Toledo, OH: $11.00 to $14.00 per hour
