What you'll bring to the kitchen:

• While experience isn't mandatory, any background in food preparation, cooking, basic knife skills, food handling, and understanding of kitchen safety standards is a plus.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the needs of the business.
• Capable of lifting and moving moderate weight, standing for extended periods, and navigating the kitchen safely. You should also be comfortable using standard kitchen equipment.

The anticipated starting pay ranges for new Prep Cook hires in different regions are as follows:

• General Range: $8.00 to $18.00 per hour for locations not specified below
• Maryland: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
• New York State: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
• New York City: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour
• Cincinnati, OH: $10.45 to $15.00 per hour
• Toledo, OH: $11.00 to $14.00 per hour
