As a Front Counter/Drive-Thru Team Member, you'll be the face of our restaurant, greeting guests with a friendly attitude and ensuring their orders are taken accurately and efficiently. You'll handle cash transactions, answer questions, and create positive experiences that keep our customers coming back for more of that famous KFC taste.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

• While previous experience isn't mandatory, any background in customer service, cashier roles, food handling, basic math, drive-thru operations, understanding safety standards, or working in fast-food restaurants is a plus.
• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age to join our team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of our business.
• The ability to occasionally lift and carry items, stack inventory, and push or pull equipment. You'll also need to be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods and maneuvering safely in a busy environment while operating restaurant equipment.

Team Member compensation is based on your skills and experience. The specific pay rate will depend on these factors, as well as the job location and other legally permissible considerations, and will be discussed with you during the hiring process.

The typical starting pay ranges for new hires in this role across different areas are:

• General Range: $8.00 to $18.00 per hour for most locations not listed below.
• Maryland: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
• New York State: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
• New York City: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour
• Cincinnati, OH: $10.45 to $15.00 per hour
• Toledo, OH: $11.00 to $14.00 per hour
