What We're Looking For:

What you bring to the table:

• No prior experience? No problem! We offer full training. However, any background in customer service, cashier roles, food preparation, handling money, drive-thru operations, understanding safety guidelines, or working in fast-food environments is a plus.
• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age to join our team.
• We need team members who can work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet our customer needs.
• You should be able to lift and move items that might be heavy, stand and walk for the majority of your shifts, and move comfortably within the restaurant space while safely using our equipment.

Our Team Members, including our Counter Staff / Cashiers, receive compensation based on their skills and experience. The specific pay rate will depend on factors such as your qualifications, experience level, the restaurant's location, and other legally permissible factors, all of which will be discussed with you during the hiring process.

The typical starting pay range for new Counter Staff / Cashier team members in different areas is as follows:

• General Areas: $8.00 to $18.00 per hour
• Maryland: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
• New York State: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
• New York City: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour
• Cincinnati, OH: $10.45 to $15.00 per hour
• Toledo, OH: $11.00 to $14.00 per hour
