Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Overseeing and coordinating team member activities during assigned shifts.
• Ensuring efficient and effective restaurant operations, adhering to KFC standards.
• Providing guidance, coaching, and support to team members.
• Maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving any concerns professionally.
• Assisting with opening and closing procedures.
• Managing cash handling and ensuring accuracy.
• Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations.

Requirements:

What you bring to the table:

• While previous experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry is a plus, we also value individuals with strong leadership potential and a willingness to learn. Bonus points for experience in customer service, cashier duties, cooking, food handling, basic math, drive-thru operations, safety standards, and fast-food environments.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the needs of the business.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions effectively.
• Physical stamina to lift, carry, stack, push, or pull moderate to heavy objects and to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to move safely in a fast-paced environment and operate restaurant equipment.
