Your Role as a KFC Assistant Manager:
- Support the Restaurant General Manager in all aspects of restaurant management and operations.

- Must be at least eighteen (18) years old to take on assistant management responsibilities.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the needs of our hungry customers.
- Must be able to lift and carry items, stack boxes, and move equipment as needed (moderate to heavy lifting). Ability to stand and walk for long periods and move safely in a busy environment while operating necessary restaurant equipment.
