Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
• Supervise and motivate team members, including training, coaching, and providing constructive feedback.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and fostering a customer-focused environment.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Manage inventory levels, place orders, and minimize waste.
• Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial transactions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with scheduling and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet operational needs.
• Support the General Manager in achieving sales targets and implementing marketing initiatives.
• Handle employee relations and escalate issues to the General Manager as necessary.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures for the restaurant.

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
