• While previous experience isn't mandatory, it's a plus if you have a background in customer interaction, handling cash, basic food preparation, understanding food safety, basic math skills, working in a drive-thru setting, adhering to safety guidelines, and familiarity with the fast-food environment.
• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• You should have the flexibility to work various schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
• The role requires the ability to lift and move objects that may be heavy, stand and walk for extended periods, and navigate efficiently within the restaurant space while safely operating necessary equipment.

Compensation Details:

Team Member employees, including Food Service Cashiers, will receive compensation that aligns with their skills and level of experience. The specific pay rate will be determined based on factors such as your qualifications, prior experience, the job location, and other legally permissible considerations, all of which will be discussed transparently during the hiring process.

The anticipated starting pay ranges for new hires in this Food Service Cashier position across different states and jurisdictions are as follows:

• General Areas: $8.00 to $18.00 per hour for all regions not specified below.
• Maryland: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour.
• New York State: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour.
• New York City: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour.
• Cincinnati, OH: $10.45 to $15.00 per hour.
• Toledo, OH: $11.00 to $14.00 per hour.
