In the role of Assistant Front of House Manager, the primary goal is to assist the General Manager in the comprehensive management of the restaurant, focusing on training, supervising, and coaching Team Members and management for successful shift performance and customer satisfaction.

Core Job Functions and Responsibilities

Team Responsibilities:

• Administers second interviews and sets up orientation schedules for incoming employees.
• Manages the orientation process for new team members, which includes facilitating sessions and dealing with paperwork requirements.
• Registers new team members on Aloha and CTUIT software.
• Confirms that every team member fulfills the onboarding requirements.
• Organizes training calendars for newly onboarded Team Members to follow at orientation.
• Solely certified Wing Certified Trainers (WCTs) are responsible for creating training schedules.
• Confirms that all training records are finalized and submitted following the sixth day.
• Ensures consistent monitoring of training processes and confirms the timely completion of all documentation.
• Leads training discussions with WCT team members and trainees post-shift.
• By the sixth day, position validation forms should be submitted, barring any need for an extension.
• Position validations can only be performed by the Training Manager or General Manager within the organization.
• Sets up and manages a team of Wing Certified Trainers (WCTs) to handle training across all areas of the restaurant.
• Ensures there are a minimum of two functional wireless communication tablets in each designated area of the restaurant.
• Keeps the office binder organized with the most recent WCT evaluation paperwork.
• Facilitates WCT meetings on a consistent monthly schedule.
• Conducts evaluations every half-year.
• Directs the process of introducing new menus.
• Delivers ServSafe training to all WCT personnel.

Front of House (FOH) Support Responsibilities:

• Abides by the specific rules and regulations set for employees receiving tips.
• Manages the initial and final duties of employees who receive gratuities.
• When servers or bartenders go over 10 minutes per hour performing non-tipped tasks, it is essential for them to change to the minimum wage pay applicable to Front of House Support and clock out of their tipped compensation.

Guest Responsibilities:

• Addresses customer concerns and tracks important notifications.
• Resolves guest issues in a timely manner and ensures Guest Comment forms are forwarded to the Regional Manager (RM) for consideration.
• Utilizes strategies to engage with guests skillfully in order to enhance their experience.

Quality Operations:

• Executes a detailed assessment of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) every quarter.
• Manages all ordering tasks not involving McLane products.
• Upholds quality operational protocols.

Sales and Profits:

• Inputs invoices into CTUIT, utilizing automated functions for the majority of entries.
• Manages the accounts payable sector of CTUIT's financial operations.
• Adopts strategies in operations to drive growth in both sales and profits.

Communication:

• Fosters strong communication within the team and with managers.

Direct Responsibilities:

• Ensures each instance of training is executed flawlessly and accurately.
• Facilitates the growth of certified trainers in the field of wing development.

Physical Demands:
