Your Responsibilities as a KFC Assistant Restaurant Manager:

• Support the Restaurant General Manager in the comprehensive management and operational aspects of the restaurant.
• Lead and motivate team members to deliver efficient and friendly service that keeps guests coming back.
• Maintain our signature high standards for food quality, restaurant cleanliness, and safety protocols.

What You Bring to the Table:

• While experience in customer service, cashier duties, cooking, food handling, basic math, drive-thru operations, safety regulations, and the fast-food environment is beneficial, it's not a deal-breaker! We're eager to train enthusiastic individuals ready to learn!
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to embrace the responsibilities of a management role.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule that can include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the dynamic needs of our business.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, stack, push, or pull items of moderate to heavy weight as needed. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during your shifts and move safely within a busy environment, operating essential restaurant equipment.

The specific compensation package will be determined based on individual qualifications, prior experience, the specific restaurant location, and other legally permissible factors, all of which will be discussed transparently during the hiring process.

The typical starting compensation ranges for new hires in this KFC Assistant Restaurant Manager position across various states and jurisdictions are as follows:

• Salary range: $10.00 to $22.00 per hour for all other geographic areas not listed below
• State of Maryland: $16.00 to $19.00 per hour
• State of New York: $16.00 to $19.00 per hour
• New York City: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
• Cincinnati, OH: $12.00 to $17.00 per hour
• Toledo, OH: $12.50 to $16.50 per hour
