What You'll Bring to the Kitchen:

• While experience isn't mandatory, it's a plus if you've worked in roles involving cooking, food handling, basic math, and understand safety standards in a fast-food setting.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
• Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting, carrying, stacking, pushing, or pulling heavier items, and standing and walking for extended periods. Comfortable working in a compact kitchen space and operating cooking equipment safely.

Compensation Details:

Team Member compensation is determined by your skills and experience. The specific pay rate will be discussed during the hiring process and will vary based on your qualifications, location, and other legally permissible factors.

• General Hourly Range: $8.00 to $18.00 (for most locations)
• Maryland: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
• New York State: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
• New York City: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour
• Cincinnati, OH: $10.45 to $15.00 per hour
• Toledo, OH: $11.00 to $14.00 per hour
