What you'll bring to the table as a Restaurant Crew member:

• While prior experience isn't essential, it's a plus if you have background in customer service, handling cash, basic cooking, food safety, basic math, drive-thru operations, maintaining safety standards, and working in quick-service restaurants.
• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• Flexibility to work various schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is important.
• The ability to occasionally lift and carry heavy items, stack inventory, and push or pull equipment. You'll also need to be able to stand and walk for extended periods and move comfortably within the restaurant space while safely operating equipment.

Restaurant Crew Employees will receive compensation that aligns with their skills and level of experience. The specific pay rate will depend on factors such as your qualifications, prior experience, the restaurant's location, and other legally permissible considerations, all of which will be discussed with you during the hiring process.

The typical starting pay ranges for new Restaurant Crew members in different areas are as follows:

• General Range: $8.00 to $18.00 per hour for all other regions not specified below.
• Maryland: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
• New York State: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
• New York City: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour
• Cincinnati, OH: $10.45 to $15.00 per hour
• Toledo, OH: $11.00 to $14.00 per hour
