What you'll bring to the table:

• No prior cooking experience is necessary – we'll teach you! However, any background in customer service, cashier roles, food handling, basic math, drive-thru operations, safety standards, or the fast-food industry is a plus.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• Must have the flexibility to work various schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to handle physical demands such as lifting and carrying heavy items, constant standing and walking during shifts, and safely navigating tight spaces and operating kitchen equipment.

Our Team Member employees, including our Entry Level Cooks, receive compensation that reflects their skills and experience. The specific pay rate will depend on factors such as your qualifications, experience, the restaurant's location, and other legally permissible factors, all of which will be discussed during the hiring process.

The typical starting pay ranges for new Entry Level Cooks in different areas are:

• General Range: $8.00 to $18.00 per hour for most locations not listed below.
• Maryland: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
• New York State: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
• New York City: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour
• Cincinnati, OH: $10.45 to $15.00 per hour
• Toledo, OH: $11.00 to $14.00 per hour
