• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders on-site, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Manage event logistics, including inventory of materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Ensure a positive and engaging experience for event attendees.
• Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the event, implementing effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of event activities and outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with the broader event team regarding progress and any challenges.
• Uphold brand guidelines and ensure all aspects of the event reflect the client's vision.
• Potentially assist with pre-event planning tasks as needed.
