Requirements:

What you bring to the table:

• While prior experience isn't mandatory, it's a plus if you've worked in customer service, as a cashier, in food preparation, handled food, are comfortable with basic math, have experience with drive-thru operations, understand safety standards, or have worked in fast-food restaurants.
• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• You need to be available to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You should be able to lift and carry items, stack inventory, and push or pull equipment that may be heavy. The role requires you to stand and walk for extended periods and move comfortably within the restaurant space while safely operating equipment.

The specific pay rate will depend on factors such as your qualifications, experience level, the restaurant's location, and other legally permissible factors, all of which will be discussed with you during the hiring process.

The typical starting compensation ranges for new hires in this role across different areas are as follows:

• Salary range: $8.00 to $18.00 per hour for most locations not listed below.
• State of Maryland: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
• State of New York: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
• New York City: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour
• Cincinnati, OH: $10.45 to $15.00 per hour
• Toledo, OH: $11.00 to $14.00 per hour
