What you'll bring to the table:

• While previous experience isn't mandatory, any background in customer service, cashier duties, cooking, food handling, basic math, drive-thru operations, safety standards, or fast-food restaurants will be a definite plus.
• You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to take on supervisory responsibilities.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to lift, carry, stack, push, or pull items, often weighing up to 25-50 pounds. Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods and navigating efficiently within the restaurant space while operating equipment safely.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and guests.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and ensuring operational efficiency during your shifts.

Additional Information:

Shift Supervisors at KBP Foods receive compensation that is competitive and commensurate with their skills and experience. The specific compensation will be determined based on individual skills, experience, location, and other legally permissible factors and will be discussed with you during the hiring process.

The expected starting compensation ranges for new hires in this position in various states and jurisdictions are as follows:

• Salary range: $10.00 to $20.00 per hour for all other geographic areas not listed below
• State of Maryland: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour
• State of New York: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour
• New York City: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
• Cincinnati, OH: $12.00 to $17.00 per hour
• Toledo, OH: $12.50 to $16.00 per hour
