What you'll bring to the kitchen:

• While prior experience isn't mandatory, it's a plus if you have background in cooking, food handling, basic math, adhering to safety standards, and working in a fast-food or restaurant setting.
• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the demands of the kitchen.
• Ability to handle the physical demands of the role, including lifting, carrying, stacking, pushing, or pulling heavy items, standing and walking for extended periods, and maneuvering safely in a busy kitchen space while operating cooking equipment.

Cooks will receive compensation based on their skills and experience. The specific pay rate will vary depending on factors such as skills, experience, location, and legal requirements, and will be discussed during the hiring process.

The expected starting compensation ranges for new Cooks in this role across different states and jurisdictions are as follows:

• Salary range: $8.00 to $18.00 per hour for all other geographic areas not listed below
• State of Maryland: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
• State of New York: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
• New York City: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour
• Cincinnati, OH: $10.45 to $15.00 per hour
• Toledo, OH: $11.00 to $14.00 per hour
